Raide is a peer-to-peer fashion rental app serving college students and Gen Z users interested in affordable and sustainable fashion. This project evaluated Raide’s user journey, growth bottlenecks, and ambassador strategy. Key challenges included retention drop-off, niche community over-focus, and lack of in-app engagement triggers. Using funnel analysis and platform analytics, we identified gaps in onboarding, push notification timing, and social virality.
Recommendations included new splash screens tied to seasonal campaigns, expanded influencer partnerships beyond sororities, SEO revamp, and gamified referral rewards to boost network effects and community-driven content.
