This deep-dive project explored how UNIQLO combines technology, customer-centric design, and sustainability to drive global expansion. The team analyzed product innovation (e.g., HEATTECH, AIRism), supply chain efficiency, omnichannel integration, and localized marketing. Using Kahn’s Retail Success Matrix, the project evaluated how UNIQLO delivers a seamless retail experience across touchpoints while maintaining affordability and eco-consciousness. The research also dissected brand positioning, influencer partnerships, in-store tech (AR mirrors, RFID), and unique Japanese roadside store concepts.
